We were in a crisis situation. I called, they called back with the name of a facility that fit our budget and was close to our home. The next day we had a tour and in less than a week mom was placed. The facility is clean and the people are wonderful. Thank you to Care Patrol to helping our family!!

Mary Ellen did a fantastic job in assisting us during this very difficult time. She was extremely attentive, empathetic, and above all very responsive to our every need. I can only assume given the delicate nature of moving a loved one 1500 miles away and out of their "comfort" zone, that CarePatrol is very selective in who they allow into their franchise. Marissa Olczak was a tremendous help in getting both my parents settled into American House in Macedonia. They were coming from 2 different locations and we had only a matter of days to get them in somewhere. Marissa set up tours of available spots for them in a very quick manner and we were able to settle on one and move them both in within a day of each other. I would recommend Marissa's help - she is very knowledgeable and caring and will help you with whatever your requests may be.
