Our CarePatrol advisor, Heinz Kosser, was very knowledgeable about the local facilities and the industry overall. At times, he knew more about a specific facility than the salesperson for that facility did. He has been in the business a long time and is familiar not only with the costs, amenities, etc., of each place, but he knows about the management and history. I was hesitant at first to use this system for fear that the advisers would steer me to choices that were in their own best interest, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without him.
