Finding an assisted living facility for a loved one is an incredibly difficult task and a hard decision. Bonnie was excellant in assisting us with this decision (I would have picked 5 stars but I cannot go backwards - oops). She did her research on us AND the facilitie so that she only took us to view those locations that were a "best fit". She was very patient & understanding. We even included mom on our visits to ensure that we had her buy-in. I only wish we'd known about CarePatrol BEFORE we placed mom in her first facility. I hope I don't need to do so, but if I did, I would definitely use CarePatrol in the future. Thank you

During covid I am sure finding care is a nightmare, but Bonnie made it much easier although the facilities were not always welcoming, bc of covid, which made choices less abundant, I did find a place for Dad.

We had very short notice to move my friend into a memory care unit. Sara helped us find a place and walked us through the whole process..She was always available by phone for questions. Very nice to work with.

I found the services of Care Patrol to be very helpful in the process of checking our facilities that were available in my area. I appreciated them making the appointments to visit places and escorting me there. My guide was personable and quick to get back to me. He was patient and listented attentively. Reflecting back, It would have been helpful to be more detailed in helping me develop questions I might ask, or point out things I might wish to observe. I mistakenly thought there would be more guidance and physical help in moving from home to the facility.

I would give 4.5 if I could. They were great, and got Mom into a really nice place very quickly. Our rep worked with different members of my family, so that was great. The only issue my brother had with them was that they seem to have zones or areas that each rep worked, so seeing or getting full info on a place outside our rep's zone was a little tricky (but doable). Our rep did try and accommodate our requests, but the other places were not his specialty. It all worked out fine and we are very pleased.
