Ryan went above and beyond to find a place for my father. There was a quick turn around time which made the task even more challenging but Ryan was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend Care Patrol and the wonderful service they provided for our family.

Ryan is a saint. I met Ryan when I was back in Cleveland to help my Mom when she was in rehab after a hospital stay. When Ryan & I connected by phone he knew I was flying back home the next morning. He arrived at my Mom’s house within 45 minutes of our phone call. At the time my Mom was cognitively impaired and Ryan was patient & ever so kind to her. He helped us find an assisted living for her that same day. She moved in a few days later & stayed until she was well enough to be on her own. As she got physically stronger she became argumentative and down right mean, even to Ryan. Ryan saw past this and is still helping her today. She has since left the assisted living & returned home. She recently had a fall, had surgery and went through rehabilitation again. Ryan is still helping her even though she is difficult to please. When Ryan Buck tells you “Once you are my client, you are my client for life,” he sincerely means it. Thank you, Ryan. God put you with us for a reason.

I used CarePatrol in the planning and execution of moving my father and mother into assisted living. We started the process normally and then due to a sudden downturn we had to move in an emergency. Jen really understood our care needs and who in town could provide that level of care. Just as important she had detailed knowledge of the facilities, pricing, ownership, and management that played a key role in or decision. She also helped in the negotiation of a good price. As I mentioned, we ended up in an emergency placement situation and she made it happen in 24 hours to a facility that had 16-hour a day nursing care and partnered with hospice. My mother continues with the facility and it is a perfect fit.

From the minute I contacted CarePatrol I felt relief of a process that's very difficult to deal with. Searching for the right place for my Sister to move into was a difficult decision. I contacted CarePatrol Jim Everson and he listened to my needs and gave me options for Assisted Living. The next step was to decide if I was interested in either option and he would schedule for us to meet and tour them at my earliest convenience.I flew into town and visited two places one of which was a perfect fit. Lastly, Jim's Community Relations person, Jennifer Lockard met me at the Ohio Heath Select Specialty Hospital where my sister was completing her last days of rehab and helped me with comforting information about the process and next steps. Jennifer made sure her discharge went smoothly and we appreciated her help. Thanks CarePatrol Jim and Jennifer for your help through this process and finding the right care for our sister.
