I would highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone needing a safer place to live for their loved one. Maryann Pickell, my advisor, became my guardian angel. Maryann became my advocate for mom and myself in short notice. She helped guide me through a burdensome and overwhelming process and was with me every step of the way ... even on tours of the communities. I felt comfortable and trusted in her from the moment I spoke to Maryann. Her compassion and professionalism for the service she provided was like no other. I am so grateful to Maryann. But most importantly she made my mom happy in her new home !

I was struggling with finding the right place for my dad who has dementia. Care Patrol took care of doing all of the leg work after getting information on my dad's history and abilities. It's saved me from feeling totally overwhelmed. The best part was that they didn't share my phone number or email so I wasn't bombarded with unnecessary calls from places that weren't a good fit. Ron was very easy to reach and great to work with.

Jim was a wealth of information, asked the right questions and began the hunt with recommended facilities. We made a good decision and now our 96 year old friend is living happily in her new apartment!
