I really appreciate the time Shane spent providing me a tour of 4 adult family homes; one of which I chose for my husband and the follow up asking me how my husband was doing.

Appreciate Bruce, took me multiple places, when I had to move in hurry took me around next day!

The Care Patrol team was excellent to work with and guided us us through the forms and the services that were available to my mother that we were not even aware of. The timing of their help was just a God send as we were not positive in all the steps that we needed to take to apply for aid and the contact people to make the whole process happen. We were able to place mom with the minimum of anxiety. and she is happy with little push back.

Emily has been a tremendous help in navigation the difficult placement of my husband. She kept in touch with me frequently and extended our search beyond her usual areas by consulting with a colleague in Waukesha County. I would have had no idea where to begin or how to obtain the necessary documents to facilitate his needs. This is a tremendous service and I've spoken highly of the service to friends and family. We are still in the process of considering future needs and will continue to work closely with her and any other persons as needed in the future.

The team was amazing and so helpful in a pinch! I totally felt at ease knowing they were with me through the whole process and can not say THANK YOU enough!!!!!

Eric did a great job of listening to our needs and then seeking facilities that aligned with those. He helped narrow and assess the options, and select the facility in which we think my father will thrive and receive the best care.

Jeremy was instrumental in finding the best place for my aunt. I had been trying on my own and could not find the right place. He knew right away which options to pursue and which to cross off the list. We ended up transitioning her into a wonderful assisted living which I had not found in my own searches. He is patient, kind and really knows the inside out of each place. He was available to go with me everywhere and answer my questions right away. I give him the highest recommendation possible!
