I found out about Carepatrol when I had my mother in the hospital for an emergency. The caseworker gave me Ryan Buck's number and said he might be able to help find a place for my mom. I had at that time been looking at assistant living for her but couldn't find a place. Either they didn't have a room available or they weren't accepting medicaid. It was a very frustrating. Ryan found a really nice place for my mom that I would have never found if it wasn't for him. And his partner Marissa Olczak was there for me when I looked at the home for the first time and she asked questions I would have never thought to ask. I am grateful to them both for their help and I couldn't be happier with the place that my mom is at.

Traits one needs when a family is going thru difficult times. At a time when I was overwhelmed with the job of placing my loved one in a memory care facility, the CarePatrol was an anchor in the storm. A conversation with our family guided the rep's suggestions. He was able to contact some possible facilities in advance and learned that no beds were available. He toured the facility with us, guided and answered our questions, and put us at ease during this difficult time. When panic set in, he was a level head that assured the family that care and safety for our loved one was of primary concern. I can't express enough our gratitude for the assistance and guidance.
