Aletha, the CarePatrol social worker assigned to us, was incredible. She really knew the ins and outs of navigating the assisted care facility system. She was instrumental in getting our mother to finally accept that she needed help on a consistent basis.

I was very pleased with the help Amy provided! She was a good encourager and advocate. It helped a lot for her to set up the appointments with the various facilities and then to go with me. I recommend Care Patrol.

They have helped with the big stuff and the small stuff. They have also been kind, patient and compassionate with my parents and our whole family. I am so thankful for the truly excellent care, compassion and service I have received from Rick Young at CarePatrol. We are currently ready to undertake my husband's move to assisted living, and we do so with the ongoing patience and knowledge provided by Rick. His approach though low-key and personal, has been efficient and thorough, and I could not be more appreciative of his presence in our lives at this time. He demonstrated sympathy and kindness in understanding our issues and relieving much anxiety and stress over having to place my husband in a senior care community. I had been at a loss as to how to choose the right place, and thank goodness have come to an exceptionally agreeable situation which promises to fulfill our needs perfectly. Eric Sailor was a tremendous help with our family finding a memory care facility for our Dad. He was kind, knowledgeable but most of all very responsive to any of our concerns. He was also a big help with our VA questions concerning our Dad and provided a great resource for that as well.
