Connie Torres was absolutely wonderful. She was compassionate, friendly, understanding, professional, and efficient. She made a emotional difficult decision less stressful. She took charge and gave me good advise and really held my hand through the entire process. She was never pushy but she was there as much as I needed. I'm thankful I met her and I am thankful for her help.

Quite simply, saved my life. I had 72 hours to find a place for my father to go and I was desperate for it not to be a nursing home. I had no idea of the options available to me, but it felt like this woman dropped everything else that was going on in her own life, from the first moment we spoke on the phone, to help me. She was so kind and easy to talk to. She never left my side and seemed to work magic with how fast she made things happen. I would have never known I had the options she gave me if not for her, and because of her, my father now has a chance to live the remainder of his life with some dignity, and isn't that something we all deserve? Very professional. We were given Care Patrol information from hospital case worker. Had little notice from hospital to find care for elderly family member. Originally it was thought family member would go to a rehab hospital. Cares Patrol quickly found several care homes for us to visit.

I need to express my heartfelt gratitude to David (owner) and Cameron with Orlando Care Patrol. I have used Orlando Care Patrol to help me with placement of my loved one before so in my time of dire need, I called them again and within 1 day they helped me find a temporary respite for my loved one. The stress of having to move quickly and no where to move him to and having such a competent company to help me, was a Godsend. The transition went off without a hitch . Cameron handled EVERYTHING beautifully and I can’t thank him enough. This is a company that will be there for you 100%. They have the contacts and the expertise.
