Nicolet Aranjo helped my family settle my dad in a facility in Irvine. She was very compassionate and friendly and always ready to help.

My consultant, Angel, truly WAS an angel! She was well-informed, professional, experienced and incredibly supportive. She demonstrated comfortable and extensive working relationships with facilities' staff and procedures, which paved the way for achieving the best outcome for our family. Under extraordinary circumstances, CarePatrol provided us the means to achieve a resolution and positive results. We recommend CarePatrol to everyone we encounter.

I was very happy with CarePatrol. Living out of state made it difficult for me to find assisted living for my elderly aunt. In fact, I had no idea where to even start or what my options were financially and for which facilities. I spoke to Jeff many times by phone but when I was able to fly into town, last minute, he was able to schedule tours for me quickly. I didn't need to call around to see if there were available assisted living apartments at each place or to see if my aunt even qualified. It is always good to at least see a few options but by Jeff talking with me and asking the right questions he found the perfect fit! During the tours CarePatrol even asked the important questions that I may have forgotten to ask. It was a relief to know that CarePatrol was there for me. I know my aunt is safe, taken care of, and happy now. This gives me a lot of comfort living so far away.

The professionalism helped me find the best placement for my husband's special needs.

Great benefit...Very helpful

When I needed help finding an assisted living facility for my mom, CarePatrol was recommended several times. I was glad the I followed the recommendations! The agent I worked with was thorough in her interview to find out what our needs were and very patient with me as we visited several large facilities and group homes until I found just the right one.

Dina was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and so helpful through this process. It helped make this a lot easier! Thanks!!!
