First rate service with compassion and grace
Richard Russo and Care Patrol literally saved our (more precisely our mom's) life. We were very behind the 8-ball scrambling to figure out which places would take someone like my mom who had Parkinson's which was turning into Parkinson's Dementia. By the time I found Richard, I was on the verge of a breakdown but from the moment I spoke to him, he calmed me right down and focused on what we had to do and what would be the best fit for my mom. He knows literally EVERY place in Westchester and CT well enough to narrow down the list and then actually accompanied us to different places. He was also great with m y aging father and with my sister, serving as a calming presence. The best part is that you don't pay for his amazing service because the actual homes pay him. So in effect, he represents YOU and is motivated to find the perfect place for your loved ones - kind of like a realtor but with a higher cause. He is kind and compassionate and altruistic. We adored him and even during the corona virus crisis, he was able to help us navigate the turbulent waters. In short, he has been a GODSEND – We cannot thank you enough! I don't know what we would have done without him and as far as these tragic things go, our story had a happy ending with my mom getting into a great place.
