Bruce—in the Naples, Florida, area—was a “lifesaver” for us during the Corona Virus Pandemic. Because of restrictions relating to the virus, we thought we might not be able to secure respite care for a cherished friend—whom I could not care for following my spinal surgery. A year ago, we reached out to a CarePatrol competitor and had a really bad experience. In December, my mother-in-law was in the hospital and then a Rehab facility. In January/February we needed to find a new home to take her. The Rehab facility recommended CarePatrol and I, reluctantly, reached out. We were assigned Petra Perciavalle - she was a Godsend! Petra listened closely to our wants and concerns and interviewed my mother-in-law. Then she found us the most perfect Memory Care home - we didn't even know there was such a thing! Cheryl Richards was unbelievably helpful. We were at a a complete loss as to how to proceed with this process and Cheryl was there for each step of the way. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone. In a very short period of time we had my 95 year old bedridden mother settled in a lovely facility.Thanks to everyone involved !

Jena help was beyond words. Having to move a loved one into assisted living is hard enough but with the current situation, it is even harder. Thanks to the care and assistance we received from our CarePatrol advisor we were able to find a facility for my mother that addresses her needs and was affordable for my parents. Our advisor did a great job of explaining the process and exploring options that would be best suited for my mother and my folks' financial situation.
