I cannot imagine navigating the process of finding an appropriate place for my mom without CarePatrol! Absolutely, I could not have done it without our representative. I can't shout her praises loud enough. Unlike that "other" company which just grabs your name and does a shotgun spatter of your information (whether accurate or not) to places they have commission contracts with, CarePatrol actually gets to know you. They have a genuine interest in the person you are caring for and their particular needs. They learn about your family and your priorities so they can help you find the right place to fit your lifestyle, personality and preferences. Then they provide customized suggestions which meet your family’s individual needs and can give the level of care that is required. The service is 100% personalized and it is done QUICKLY – at least it was in our case. (And it didn’t cost us a thing!!!) Our CarePatrol representative provided not only recommendations to facilities which could meet our necessary level of care, she also sent me the inspection/violation records for each place, provided and explained the levels of licensing for each, shared the histories and reputations of each facility, and accompanied me on inspections and tours which she orchestrated & scheduled, despite the intervening holidays. Given her medical background and extensive experience in this (to me) uncharted environment, she knew exactly what questions to ask, and was familiar with the staff at each location. Her knowledge and experience was invaluable. I cannot imagine trying to do this on my own. On top of all that, and despite me contacting CarePatrol out of the blue one weekend – during the holidays! - following my mother's sudden stroke, she made herself IMMEDIATELY available, supplied appropriate recommendations, and met with me anytime & anywhere we could get in. I have never known a company or a person to provide such a phenomenal level of personal care and service. She was my guardian angel throughout this process . . . and tolerated my endless questions = double angel points. THANK YOU!!! If you are in search of a place to care for a loved one, please don't try to do it yourself. And please don't rely on any other company which does not provide customized placement recommendations based upon your particular needs. We are eternally grateful to CarePatrol and the lovely woman who led us through this complicated process. Count this customer as 1000% satisfied.

So glad I found Lori Vrcan with CarePatrol. My elderly parents were involved in a serious car accident and after a month in the hospital and three weeks in a skilled nursing facility I was faced with finding an assisted living facility for them to continue to recover. Not knowing where to turn, I found Lori and she did it all, along with holding my hand and heart the whole way. She was able to locate a facility very close to my home and even if we cannot visit them because of Covid-19, I feel comfort in knowing they are close by and I can get to them quickly if I had too. My wife and I found ourselves trying to navigating Skilled Nursing Facility, Medicare coverage issues, and a very confused father trying to recover from a broken hip at 96 years of age. My wife's father lives in Youngstown, OH by himself while we are in Atlanta.
