I can't say enough about Care Patrol from Kansas City. Ron Braun and the team of people he had to help us have been phenomenal. They were patient, caring, flexible and really did above and beyond to help us. Ron and the Care Patrol team are an invaluable resource and will do everything they can to find the right place for the seniors who are in need. Thanks Care Patrol, we couldn't have done this without you!

God was watching over me when I ran into a parish friend when grocery shopping. She recommended Care Patrol as my father could no longer live at his house with 5 children sharing morning and evening bed, dressing and meal assistance. Care Patrol was swift, accurate in the information provided and was the major reason I chose the Assisted Living facility in my area. It was truly a blessing.

We were so impressed with Care Patrol and especially Deana Barone. My brother and I live out of town and she was able to do so much of the "foot work " without us being present. This has been a challenging time for us. I don't know what we would have done without the thoroughly amazing work done by Care Patrol. We recommend them to anyone trying to find the perfect fit for their loved one!

What a relief to have someone help me through the difficult process of choosing a memory care facility for my husband. Heinz was great from start to finish. He spent as much time as needed on the phone and answering my many questions. I wouldn't have known where to start. He asked enough questions to thoroughly understand the situation and then presented me with 4 options. Even after I chose the facility, Heinz didn't stop there. He followed up to be sure there wasn't anything else I needed. And, he said he would follow up periodically to make sure things are going well. I highly recommend CarePatrol!

In a period of 4 days, CarePatrol was able to save a situation that was potentially disastrous for a dear friend living in a NYC hotel during the Coronavirus. Richard worked quickly, followed up with me daily, and got her into the perfect place for her immediate needs upstate near me. I was shocked at the speed and dedication used to make this experience a total success for my good friend and myself.

CarePatrol was extremely helpful in researching a memory care for my mother. They really listened to me when I told them what I was looking for in a community. They then put me in touch with several solid options. Doing the upfront work, setting up tours, and having important questions to ask made them invaluable.

Geri at Care Patrol was my saving grace. Through asking all of the right questions about my mom, she was able to narrow down options that would work well for her personality and level of illness. Geri was personal and caring while very professional. She is so familiar with the many facilities and their staff that can be overwhelming when trying to locate something on your own. She gave me several options to choose from, and also gave me direction so I could be more efficient in my searches. She went with me and taught me the right questions to ask and what to look for. It really is about what's right for your loved one. In the short time of this journey together, my mom's needs changed and Geri was quick to redirect me on a new path and we ended up with the perfect scenario for my mom. Thank you SO much, Geri. I HIGHLY recommend your assistance!

My father is now in a memory care facility that is much more suited to his likes, thanks to Care Patrol. I’m very grateful that they listened and made recommendations based on our family’s needs. My father is much happier.
