My Care Patrol team was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable regarding the memory care facilities in my area. They helped me over a six month period review the possibilities, tour facilities and make a final choice regarding my husband's future care. We ran into a number of issues after the admission date but the Care Patrol team was very quick to act, followed up with the facility and kept me informed of actions being taken. Both Paula and Susan were understanding of my concerns and provided a calming presence. I will not hesitate to recommend the Baltimore area Care Patrol group to my relatives and friends.

Bonnie was amazing. helped set up video visits with my mother in the hospital and explained well her placement options. She talked with my wife and I at lengh and found my mother an excellent place for her new home.

Mary Ann with CarePatrol of the Lehigh Valley. She was such a great help as I needed to find a place for my Dad. He is 88 years old and his lease at his apartment was up. We had a place for him within a few days of meeting Mary Ann with her help. When this didn't work out because of the virus, she fould yet another place within a day. He has successfully moved in and will be safer and well taken care of. Her help was so needed and she was kind, pleasant, and very understanding of our situtation. She has followed up with us in this process and I was so lucky to have her come into our lives. What a blessing!
