We recently needed to find first a skilled nursing facility and then an assisted living facility for our mother. We worked with a CarePatrol representative. She presented us with various options, was very understanding of our specific needs, and kept in close contact with us as well as the various locations involved. It removed a lot of the stress and worry for our family, so that we could concentrate on our mother and her progress. Especially with the current coronavirus situation and limitations, having a compassionate, knowledge person at our side was invaluable.

Mary Ann was a wonderful help to us to find a place for my father. Her care and compassion was outstanding and she continues to follow up with me as well. This came at a very good time in our process and was of great help to make the most difficult time go smoothly. We had plans for one place for Dad which she helped us locate, but due to the virus concerns we had to change places in a matter of a day and Mary Ann helped us to do this and move forward. During difficult times, it is a great comfort to be able to call CarePatrol to ensure your loved one is safe and their needs are fulfilled. After a recent tornado in my community, time was critical. Our Care Patrol helper, Connie Torres, was SO wonderful and caring and her quick actions may well have saved my mom's life. She quickly got her out of her nursing home before COVID spread there and got her into a wonderful home. She made my life so much easier!

I was very happy and satisfied with the personal level of service with CarePatrol (Charlie, a former skilled nurse, and staff). Rather than just sending me a list, Charlie first asked about my Mom's needs and current state of condition and matched me with appropriate Memory Care facilities. Charlie and his staff set up calls, fielded questions, gave direction and followed up. It made a confusing situation easier to deal with and arrive at an educated decision vs guessing and hoping for the best. My family and I are grateful for their service. Thank you.
