We were thrilled with the service we received from both Jeff and Jacqui. Jeff is very quick to email and respond. He gave us excellent advice and was very helpful in getting my father-in-law into a good facility. Jacqui was a pleasure to deal with when we went to each facility. Overall I highly recommend both of them.

I had a very difficult case to deal with a married couple. One person had a major stroke and her husband has severe Parkinson's Disease with dementia. There was no family this couple, to help so I went into these unchartered territories trying to untangle the system to find the very best solutions for these two people we care for. Charles with Care Patrol in Sarasota was fantastic! He walked with me every step of the way and helped me solve some difficult problems with placement in acute rehab to assisted living. He could not have been better. We had chosen a facility and the day before they were to be admitted, the assisted living facility would not make a commitment to accept them. All of this was occurring during the first part of the COVID-19 outbreak. Charles went back to the drawing board at the 11th hour on a Friday afternoon and was successfully able to connect me to the right people at the facility where we are all very, very happy! He even worked on this case over his birthday weekend! Needless to say, he saved our lives! Kudos and huge thanks to Charles!
