I am sincerely grateful to CarePatrol and specifically Jena for the help she provided me navigating the journey of placing my mom into an assisted living facility. I had no idea of where to start or how this process would work. Jena kept telling me, this will be ok, I am going to help you, call me any time with questions, and yes I did. :) Jena is professional, well connected in the community and it was easy to see, she is respected by the care facilities she works with. I strongly urge anyone who begins the emotional journey of placing a loved one in a care facility to contact CarePatrol. They have the resources to take away the stress of the unknown.

we weren't sure exactly how to go about looking for assisted living for our mother and whether she would be able to afford it. Mary Ann Pickell met with us several times, answered all of our questions and guided us through this process with compassion, even through a pandemic. She was recommended by our mother's family doctor and we are so grateful we took the doctor's advice. Our mother is now in assisted living, comfortable and happy when we talk on the phone, even though we cannot visit right now. After trying to find an assisted living for my 95 year old mother for 2 1/2 months on our own, we were referred to CarePatrol franchise by an assisted living we visited, but could not afford.
