Amazing service. I thought I was going to lose my mind trying to find a place for my mom during COVID. Emily stepped in and listening to our needs, asked questions and help guide us to her new home. Julie Miller was our Care Transition Manager from Care Patrol. What an awesome service to the community and what a caring individual!! She was professional, compassionate and had the answer to every question we asked. It took the pressure off of my mother and the siblings to go find the necessary information and make an informed decision. Even during this time that we could not physically walk thru a facility, Julie worked her magic. We were able to have a live walk-thru with one of the directors at a facility we were considering. During the coronavirus, my friend in Arizona needed my eyes to tour facilities for her Mom in Minnesota. She was working with Scott Thalhuber of Care Patrol of St. Paul. For just this short interaction, I had a positive experience with Scott and appreciated his professionalism and familiarity with the homes and their staff. Shortly after meeting Scott, we needed help with my father-in-law in Ohio. We have been working with Anthony Coleman of Care Patrol for the past two months. Over this time, he has coordinated with all of us a successful move to an assisted living community for my father-in-law. Invaluable service and professionalism for us especially in a time when we cannot be there with our family.
