Very helpful in helping place my parents into an assisted living facility, and providing a resource person to assist my father to qualify for his VA benefits.

Donna was dedicated to solving our search to find another assisted living/memory care home when my mom’s day-to-day situation at her current location became irreparable. Donna’s constant problem-solving and working her connections in the industry gained us a video interview, video walkthrough, video Q&A session, reasonable offer, and move-in date all in short succession with a newly opened Senior Living facility. And, all of this was accomplished during month 3 of Covid-19, an incredibly complicated and often frustrating situation to work through, with 2 highly stressed daughters of a mom diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson’s. We couldn’t have found a new place without the guidance of an expert. I’m convinced Donna’s a miracle-worker... just when I thought there was no hope, she found the new spot and they were looking to grow their resident population. We appreciate the effort and support to a degree that I can’t fully express; to say that I am grateful is an understatement. I’ve found my mom’s new home, and the folks who work there, to be welcoming,professional, and genuine - and the surroundings are beautiful, comfortable, and clean! What more can you ask for?! Well done. What a relief! Thank you!
