CarePatrol Franchise SystemsReviews of carepatrol.com

We have used Care Patrol twice to locate senior assisted living for family members. On both occasions we felt that Care Patrol went out of their way to help us find the very best place for our loved ones to live.

Tracy did a great job of helping us navigate a very difficult and emotional time. She listened carefully, with compassion which led us to the right fit for our mom. Without Tracy's knowledge and help, I can't imagine how we would have done this on our own. She has continued to support us after the move, and helped us, her family, make the transition as well.

If I didn't have Lori from care patrol my loved one would not have been in a place that is safe and a good fit for her. I'm so grateful about the resources that she had that helped me find the right place for what my mom needed. I know if I would have listened to other people my loved one would not have the customized card that she needs. Thank you Lori and team for caring about your clients, their coins, and their well-being.

CarePatrol was great. They worked with a small window and got the job done.

Tracy was wonderful and made the process so much easier! She went over and beyond!

I am so thankful that we put our trust in Care Patrol to help guide us through this life changing process of finding our mother an assisted living community. Amy was so kind and helpful yet never overbearing or pushy. She showed us all the options she thought would fit our needs and then let us make the decision. There were things we never considered or knew about that she was very knowledgeable about. It definitely helped us make an informed decision on our mother’s care. I would highly recommend Care Patrol and specifically Amy Feger to anyone looking for senior living options!

Linda Kurlander was very caring, extraordinarily competent, and efficient. She answered all questions thoroughly. She really knows the sites and I felt she was with me and supportive--all the way. She provided very timely transportation for me on visits to the particular institution I was interested in seeing. In addition, she really knows her way around Baltimore and its suburbs. I can't say enough about Linda and Care Patrol. An outstanding organization! Chris Peters

Karla was awesome! She listened to our needs and set up several home viewings quickly knowing we were on a short time-line. She understood what we were looking for and we selected one of the homes she showed us that same day! So grateful for her expertise. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Thank you, Karla!
