We were very fortunate to find Anthony Coleman (CarePatrol of North Central Ohio) through our elder care attorney. At the time our Mom was in a skilled nursing facility that we were very unhappy with - when I reached out to Anthony he listened to all of our concerns and was very empathic to our situation and acted immediately to find us the best facility to transfer her to and made sure we got a Zoom tour set up with the new facility so we could see the physical space and get all of our questions answered. Anthony was available to us every step of the way and has continued to check in with us even now that she was transferred. I am so very grateful to CarePatrol and specifically to Anthony as this was my first time in the elder care world and it was so scary not to know where to turn. Anthony supported us with the utmost skill and professionalism and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of expert advice and support. I would give Anthony more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you again!

Positively delightful experience with our Care Patrol contact, Jena! She was amazing! To start, she made time to visit with our family in person, on short notice. From there on, she continued to be very accommodating throughout the decision-making process; taking time to answer questions via email, text and phone. Jena provided us with five recommended assisted living options for mom and dad. She was able to identify properties that best met their needs, relieving our family of the overwhelming task of vetting out potential communities and service options. Jena was able to arrange facility tours and virtual tours, plus provide details of services/care at each site. So grateful to say that our parents are now safely living at one of those five locations! To sum it up--Jena efficiently and professionally took care of searching through volumes of assisted living facilities and service providers in our area to find the best matches for our parents' care. We wouldn't be where we are today without Jena's help. Our family is confident that our parents now live in a beautiful, caring community that will meet their needs so they can enjoy their senior years to the fullest.
