We had to find a assisted living facility quickly due to the desire of my critical care facility to move on. Despite some anxiety, with the assistance of Ryan, we were able to find one only a few miles from home, making it easy for my wife to help bring in needed supplies as I started to settle in.The transition was made quickly. I would recommend this service again. Life changes quickly despite our desire for things to continue as they were. Thank you for your assistance.

My Mom was just placed in Phoebe Home Memory Care, Richlandtown. I have been working with Maryann Pickell since December. I was very fortunate to find out about CarePatrol as I had just started to look into placing my Mom somewhere. Maryann answered on the first call and met with me in a matter of a couple days. Since then she has always been in touch and has personally taken me and my siblings to visit homes. She has also assisted in finding in home care until Mom could get placed. She has been a blessing to me. She is a caring and wonderful person and does her job wholeheartedly. She is still checking in to see how everything is going.

Jena did a fantastic job helping our family find the perfect place for our parents. She brought up many valid points of why our parents should go to a facility at this point in their lives. I was recommended to CarePatrol by my mother's physician group. When I first called CarePatrol I was connected with Maryann Pickel of the Lehigh Valley office. Maryann took the time to carefully listen to my mother's situation. Given that we were in the midst of a pandemic when I contacted her in mid April I was afraid that it would take some time for us to identify assisted living for my mother. Maryann was patient and very understanding of our particular situation and got back to me with several options for my mother. I was able to review my thoughts with Maryann and have several conversations to narrow down what I thought would work out best. Maryann listened to my feedback when I was able to tour the living arrangements we ultimately chose for Mom. I feel that Maryann working in conjunction with the assisted living home for my mom came up with a plan that would work. The timing for Mom's move was much quicker than I would have thought imaginable or even possible. Mom only recently moved in however my instincts tell me that she will be well taken care of and we made the right choice. I would not have been able to have made this move for Mom so quickly or intelligently without the assistance of Maryann from CarePatrol. Thank you!
