We originally placed my husband in a beautiful new residence, with many amenities . We selected all the wrong things! They lacked adequate properly trained staff, social interaction and programs, as well as other residents. Too much alone time for him! We had to get him out. The hospital suggested we call Charles Rowley at Care Patrol. They visited with us and matched our patient needs and abilities to residential facilities, making appropriate care recommendations . Their expertise enabled us to know we were making a sound loving decision going forward.

We reached out to CarePatrol to assist us in finding assisted living for my elderly sister, and we were connected to Bonnie Danker for this help. She came out to meet us, asked many questions to ascertain what my sister’s needs were, and made many suggestions for options for her. She listened carefully to everything we said, addressed our concerns, and helped us make a good decision for placement. Two years later, we needed to make a change in assisted living facilities due to financial concerns, and once again, Bonnie rode in on a white horse to save the day! She not only came up with various options, but went along with us to visit some of the facilities that she considered to be viable options. We have moved my sister to her new home, where she is extremely happy. We could never, ever have navigated these difficult decisions without Bonnie’s knowledge, professionalism, and compassion, and cannot say enough about how much we appreciate Bonnie and CarePatrol!

Jena Kloepfel was awesome. Her efforts and expertise helped tremendously in finding a senior care facility for my mother. In retrospect, I wish I'd have called her first, as it would have saved much time.

We could not be more pleased or grateful for the thorough job that Geri did in searching for a facility for our parent. She is incredibly responsive and professional, warm and knowledgable. We have already recommended her to a friend, and plan to do so again!

Karla and Nicole were fantastic to work with always on top of things, and ready to answer any questions. It is such a troubling time in a family especially when you Know nothing about end of life care. these ladies put all my worries to rest. Great organization thank you so much.
