My experience with Carepatrol was quite amazing. They took an emotional and draining time for me and made everything so simple. They did all the work and found my dad a great place for assisted living. They always followed up, kept in touch and forwarded me everything we needed to get the move into place. I have nothing but praise for Carepatrol, very good at what they do.

I had no idea about this service. Eric was very knowledgeable about local facilities and was very helpful with my situation. Even when the shutdown occurred and we were on stay at home orders he would check in. He connected me with the facility that my dad now resides in. I am very grateful for this service.

I found myself having to make long term care choices for my older sister who was suffering from dementia. I was referred to Heinz who took the time to learn and ask questions about our situation and who did my homework for me on nearby long term care facilities. He provided information, evaluations, and continued to provide support through the process while I made choices and developed plans. Most people don't realize how much value a consultant like Heinz brings. He eliminated stress, work, any potential mistakes, and gave me a lot of knowledge to make choices by. This review might seem over the top, but it was my honest experience and I have no connection to CarePatrol or Heinz. Disclaimer: I'm a consultant too, in a very different field.
