It was so awsome to have someone who knows all about senior housing help us find a place for my mom. Todd was so very helpful, kind and understanding. He was a blessing in our search!

Anxious to find a good Assisted living for my son I called CarePatrol ofN.E.Ohio and left a message. Short after Cilla Buck answered my call and took all the necessary informations also my preferences like location etc. and to my surprise she called after couple of days informing she’d found a place meeting my requirements and she was there for me to solve all problems during the process with kind and warm voice. I am so thankful to CarePatrol of N.E.OH especially to dear Cilla Buck.

Living together became difficult for my mother and brother. They live in OH and I, dtr/sister, live and work in CA. Priscilla Buck became our facilitator in placing my family. Mom became agitated and hostile on one of "Cilla's (Priscilla) visits. Mom feared leaving home. Cilla stayed with my family informing me of all the events that incurred that day. That work day lasted seven hours with my mom & brother. Cilla Buck demonstrated dedication, Integrity, and respect. Thank you once again!

Sara has been such a blessing. She found the perfect place for my dad and when we had a little trouble she was there to help get it fixed. She made this process so much easier. Also set me with the help to get medicaid taken care of.

Lynn Hunsaker has been a Godsend for our family during this difficult time. He is kind, very knowledgeable and well connected. He knew what to do and answered all our questions with compassion.
