I dont even know where to begin to express my gratitude for the help I have been given. I was fortunate in the beginning of my journey with Mom to get outside help by some amazing people, Caressa being one of them. We end up meeting some of these people when we are in complete crisis mode trying to get care for a loved one and these are the people that pull us through. Caressa has compassion beyond words and has gotten me through some very trying times. I will be forever grateful for her and her assistance with Mom but also for saving me through the process.

I needed assistance with moving my Father from across the state to a facility near me. Rick Young not only helped me find a wonderful facility but also made many phone calls to follow up until he was accepted. My father has Medicaid so there was no payment for all his time and help. I can't thank Rick and Care Patrol enough! I am so relieved to know my Father will get the care he needs in a beautiful facility.

Our Balfour at Littleton community was already pre chosen, however Beth's assistance to coordinate move and various reviews and assessments, made moving my Father quick and extremely efficient.
