A friend of mine who works in the assisted/senior living industry recommended Care Patrol over companies like A Place for Mom because they are knowledgeable about types of care/services, medical conditions, and even visit the facilities/homes on a regular basis. Tracy was respectful in my parents wishes, responded to our calls/emails quickly, and kept us updated as there were many challenges given it was during the initial stages of the Covid Pandemic.

Todd and his team have been a solid resource during the difficult times trying to find placement and services for both of my parents. They have never charged me for anything. I have found calm and comfort with the help they provided during a most turbulent time in my life.

Kari found the perfect place for our mom. We moved her there the very next day.

Carressa did a fantastic job in finding not only a place for my brother in law, but the perfect place. All done under the Covid restrictions and a very short time as the facility he was in was closing in two weeks unexpectedly. This would not have been possible without her help. Not being a novice in dealing with assisted living facilities for the past 10 years, we could never have made this happen without her.

Jenn helped me find the right placement for my mother. She listened to what I wanted, set up visits and pointed out alternatives that I had not thought about. Being in this situation is unsettling and having CarePatrol take care of helping me with placement was priceless.

Cheryl was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate to our journey. She was so wonderful, that we reached out to her again when we moved my mother. Highly recommend her!!!!
