Care Patrol gave my family excellent advice and help when we were in a desperate situation. My husband who has Lewy Body dementia, was found COVID-19 positive while in a behavioral hospital miles away from home. The hospital dismissed him to a Banner hospital, also miles from home. The original care center that had agreed to take him, then refused him a home and we were desperate to find a memory care home that would take a COVID-19 positive patient here in Scottsdale. Bruce Williams and Care Patrol came through with a care facility not too far from home. It was a race against time with the threat from the Banner hospital to release him to a nursing home that got poor reviews and was 40 miles away from me. The family is eternally grateful to Care Patrol for its fast and efficient service.

When our mom had a major downturn in her health, we knew she needed to move out of her home and that she needed more help. But, where to go and how to choose?! Luckily, we were referred to Cilla Buck of Care Patrol! I have to admit, I had no idea that such a service company existed,but now I recommend Care Patrol to anyone in need of senior care. Cilla met with us,and reviewed our situation,what we wanted for our mom,and the areas of Cleveland we were searching in. She arranged all the visits and tours, reviewed different care types, and different types of facilities. She also helped with our follow-up questions, and found additional places when the first 2 just weren't quite what we liked. Of course,just as we found our perfect choice, COVID-19 hit and assisted living facilities stopped taking new residents! So, on a Friday afternoon, we had to switch gears and had to find a live-in 24/7 caregiver! What to do!!??--- Call Care Patrol! Cilla quickly contacted the companies that offered what we needed,and by Monday, we had a caregiver moved in with mom! I don't know what we would have done without Cilla's help. She's so helpful. I'd highly recommend Cilla Buck and Care Patrol!!!

Ellen Christian was wonderful. She led me in the correct direction in a compassionate and caring manner. I trusted her completely with the decisions I had to make and everything worked out great. If I could give her a six star rating I would.
