Excellent customer service provided. Brian was on top of everything in arranging visits thru Covid19. Brian was huge help in my grandma in assisted living.

I had no idea where to start looking or even how to start looking for a safe living space for my elderly mom. I was referred to Care Patrol and specifically Terri Harvey and I can't thank her enough. Not only did she assist in the navigation of everything, she had a very sympathetic ear as well and it was very much appreciated. I appreciate everything she did during this very difficult time.

When no-one else could help CarePatrol found a way. I did not have much hope for placing my difficult case husband. Todd Vrcan with CarePatrol stepped in with reassurance and hope. My husband is now in a miraculous place near home and I am happy for him and know he is getting better care now than what I could provide. Cilla Buck from the NE Ohio Care Patrol was extremely easy to work with. She was so kind and caring and patiently listened to all of our questions and concerns. She was also patient with our uncertain timeline and assisted us through our 8 month long process before my mother moved into the assisted living facility. Connie was amazing. During this crazy time of the pandemic, she made sure to connect with us and help us navigate using all different types of technology so we could virtually tour facilities.
