From the first conversation to the last check-in text, I truly felt connected with the Burkes. Geri Burke and her husband conveyed that they were concerned with ensuring that I find an ALF that fit my mother's needs and be more than just a "placement". I always felt that i was given personal time and attention.The Burkes do not endorse a facility simply because it is open, but rather because it meets their standards and expectations for care. This gave me much-needed confidence during this very frustrating time of "no contact." I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

Todd has been extremely helpful. He has helped placing my parents in a clean safe environment. He has also been helpful with follow up.

We could have never done it without the exceptional assistance of Diana Ramirez. Both me and my sister live on the East coast and our 94 year-old father lives on the West coast. With Covid-19 impacting every part of life as we know it. Diana was wonderful with every step of the process. She truly is an angel. We thank her from the bottom of our heart.

Dave Gutierrez was so responsive to our needs. It was a long process for many reasons and Dave answered our calls promptly. He led the way for us to transition my sister, Dawn, during the pandemic. He was able to get answers from the providers that we could not. Dave is a professional, with heart. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I don't know what I would done without CarePatrol while looking for a place for my mom to live. They were so caring and patient and REALLY listened to what kind of living space we wanted for our mom as she transitioned from her home of 40 years to assisted living. They were incredibly responsive to our needs and spent hours on the phone with me and my family. This was a transition that had to happen fairly quickly, and they made themselves available for questions regardless of time of day and even on the weekend!
