Eric was an answer to our prayers!!! Finding the best place possible for my Mom has been the hardest thing I've ever had to do....especially during this covid pandemic. Every step of the way, Eric expressed his understanding and compassion of Mom's complex health conditions. He took particular interest in her needs and found a caring community that could meet them. Furthermore, Eric's insurance background knowledge was very helpful. He explained everything in detail which gave me peace of mind and assurance throughout this whole process. I truly believe that God led me to Eric to be my guide.

We have just moved Mom into Pleasant Valley on Saturday so It's a little early to know how it will work out. However, we are definitely very pleased with the interaction with Kari West from Care Patrol and the referral to this senior group home. Kari has been very attentive and had great follow up over the last couple of months as we finalized the move. Without your services we would have never found this home as a viable alternative to assisted living!

Amy Herrick was our partner from CarePatrol while our family was looking for an Assisted Living residence for our mother. It was a stressful time since her fall which made her current living conditions unsuitable due to stairs. Amy spent so much time with us answering questions and offering her expertise. She took the time to really understand our situation and help us through this process. We found what we believe to be a very caring and dignity saving residence for our mom.
