CarePatrol Franchise SystemsReviews of carepatrol.com

Tracy and CarePatrol were absolute life savers. The choices were wonderful with attention to what would work for our budget. Tracy also went above and beyond as our liaison and looked out for us like family with great follow up. A truly wonderful resource!

Heinz and CarePatrol are the most knowledgeable and reliable company for the placing of elderly. Heinz assisted with the placement of my Mom & Dad when they moved from Florida to Indiana. I could not be happier or more satisfied. Heinz is the first and only person who comes to mind when anyone asks for elder care assistance. I recommend Heinz to family, neighbors, and friends. He is the most reliable person I know... Thank you again Heinz, you are the BEST.

Wonderful experience. Heinz was very helpful and listened to what we wanted for my mom. He has been very helpful during this difficult transition. He is very timely with his communication.

We are so thankful to Tammy for helping us find somewhere for my grandpa. She was amazing and there for us when we thought there were no other options.

Thanks for your help when my Dad was in crisis. Am grateful for the support.

We've been pleasantly and successfully working with Angela Houser near Rogers, Arkansas for the last several months. The gentle and sincere way she communicates put us at ease and gave us confidence in her knowledge, professionalism and personal compassion. While reviewing a variety of ALF options, I did click on a facility that Angela had not recommended but was aligned with a nationally advertised Agency competitor. Wow, what a disappointment that was! It felt like an automated, impersonal, sales/profit-driven assembly line. Yuck! By contrast, Angela and Care Patrol offered and provided a depth of timely information throughout the process. We felt "accompanied", never pushed. So glad Angela and CarePatrol were recommended!

When I called Care Patrol for I thought it would be getting a list of places that would be available in a price range and fit for my needs. As it turns out she was so much more than that and had my problems all taken care of in such a personal way. I felt like such a weight had been lifted off me in no time. I will forever be grateful for finding Tammy.

I worked with Tammy Mcgown from Care Patrol to help move my 83 year old stepfather from Ohio to Atlanta. I had absolutely no idea where to begin. She was extremely calm, organized and immediately available for all of my questions and showed me a wide range of possible assisted living options. And I feel that I was able to find the perfect place for him. He’s excited to tell me about all of the nice and interesting people he gets to talk with each day. I’m at peace knowing he’s in a stimulating environment where people have a vested interest in his well being. I couldn’t recommend Care Patrol any higher.
