Reza was so kind, caring, and helpful as he helped me and my stepmother find and choose a care facility for my father. We were completely overwhelmed before we contacted Reza, but as soon as he got involved we felt like we were in good hands. He took us on multiple tours and helped us choose what we feel is the best place for my dad. He also helped communicate with the skilled nursing facility about issues that came up with my dad’s care and helped alleviate the stress over the discharge orders. He was there when my dad was discharged and even went to visit my dad to make sure he is happy in the new facility. Thank you so much Reza for all that you did for my family.
