I asked our transition specialist if she new a placement specialist when we had a list minute emergency need to move my mom into a care home. The next day we looked at 3 places and when those were not exactly right she took it as a challenge and the next day found just the right fit for mom. We moved her the next day upon discharge from the hospital. Kari was diligent, persistent, professional and personable. Everything I hoped for and got!

The facility didn't have all the bells and whistles of some of your more expensive facilities we toured, but it felt much more personalized for our mom's needs and her budget. We quickly came to realize that all of that stuff didn't really matter anyway. It was more about how they cared for our mom and they knew who we were when we came to visit, sharing the stories of her day. I have since recommended Johnathan and Care Patrol to friends who are also dealing with this turn of life because I truly believe you need this personal touch when making such a personal decision.
