When faced with having to place a parent quickly in a facility due to medical problems, one is overwhelmed as to where to start. Fortunately, I was given the name of this company and specifically worked with Bonnie Danker. She was amazing and helped pull everything (and everybody) together. I don't think I could have done this without her assistance. Kudos to Bonnie and Care Patrol for their help in finding the right new "home" for my mom. I will be forever grateful.

Christa Saltina was put in contact with me when my partner was at ValleyWise annex. He has dementia and needed rapid placement from the hospital. Christa quickly ahh anger for me to visit three group homes. When one was chosen she arranged for transportation. All very much appreciated. Christa kept in touch so when we needed to upgrade to a memory care facility she again had one lined up right away. Thank you Christa

Terri has provided caring, supportive guidance with excellent resources! She spent hours with us on the phone interviewing care providers and assisted with communication to help Mom get transferred. What a gift she has been during a challenging time!

Eric did a first class job, always keeping me informed as I meandered through the ins and outs of the TennCare and Choices programs. He was always helpful and a font of information. I could not have made it through this without his help, understanding and assistance.

I was referred to Care Patrol by my mothers neurologist, Dr. Monica Crane, when we had to move my mother to assisted living on short notice. Patrick was an absolute God send!! I was here from out of state and would not have known where to even start this process. He made referrals and did all the leg work of setting up tours, and guided me through the whole process.
