Learned the hard way.
Jodi was very nice and pushed an assisted living company that she had worked for previously for years and that made us feel confident in picking that particular franchise. Our experience was beyond horrible and we brought my mother home in less then a month because it was so dangerous to leave her at that facility. I called Jodi twice during this time and she said she had never heard of anything like this which is hard to believe because I now know of 3 people who have had parents at the same facility with awful experiences. Of course this was not Jodi's fault but we did not go back to them to help with the home care we needed.
