We could not have gotten our mother into a place without the help of Nicole at CarePatrol. She was amazingly helpful and so easy to work with. She coordinated zoom tours with several facilities as well as provided guidance with the entire process of moving our mother to an assisted living facility. She was super responsive and an absolute joy to work with.

I am so glad that I was referred to Care Patrol by my Ombudsman that helped me to move my mom from an assisted Living home that advertised they could take care of a 92 year old diabetic. After 5 weeks at this facility my moms blood sugars were severely high every day. She suffered a TIA and had to be hospitalized because of the negligence at this assisted living facility by their Aides who were administering insulin incorrectly. After 4 days in the hospital and two weeks in rehab she is now recuperating in her new assisted living home. Thank you to Michael Mithen at Care Patrol who patiently drove me to 5 different homes until I found the right one for mom. I wish I would have known about Care Patrol sooner!! You have to give them a call....they will really listen to your needs and find the right place for your loved ones.
