Victoria Archable was a key factor in a successful move for my Aunt who recently broke her hip from Budd Terrace's Short term Rehab Facility to the Renaissance on Peachtree. She was very supportive and helpful during a stress filled time. I recommend her highly. She facilitated a seamless transition. Many thanks! Carolyn S.

The Care Patrol team mobilized across two states to help me find the right fit for my dad, both in terms of a lovely place I could feel good about and affordability. I’m really happy with how the process went, and they worked with the facilities to coordinate the paperwork and assessments So I wouldn’t have to. I definitely recommend them!

Lori was terrific!! She found a placement for my father in a short period of time and within his budget. She was always professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I would definitely recommend this service!

My advisor Paula was very kind and helpful... I feel like she found us the perfect fit for my mom. She returned my calls promptly and was always available to answer my questions!

Tammy was so kind and helpful during this whole process. She's been through it all herself so she was very understanding and knew exactly what our options were. She knows the transition process and what services are available so I didn't have to worry about missing anything. I was very anxious about finding an appropriate place for my mother, especially on such short notice, but Tammy was able to arrange everything. She even recommended resources that might help me better understand and cope with what's happening with my mother, and gave me advice on how to handle certain situations. I couldn't have done it without her.

I am so grateful. Our situation placing our mother in assisted care was quite sudden and chaotic. I could NOT have done this without Nicole. She was patient, kind and warm. I call her "my angel" behind her back. She went above and beyond in a terrifying and sad situation and was a true comfort. We are thrilled with the facility she found for us. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I so appreciate all that Diane of Care Patrol did. Trying to figure out what to do was so stressful and she just took charge and guided me all the way and is still in touch even after my sister’s placement in assisted living facility. Thank you so so much.

I used this service to help me find a place for my Mom to live. She has dementia so I was looking for a place with both assisted living and memory care for when she needs that level. Brad R. was SO helpful! He told me about several options including continuing care facilities and residential care homes, and arranged appointments for me at each one. He took time to learn all about my mother and what she might need for care and housing. His first recommendation was a brand new facility that I had not found in my own Google searches, maybe because they were still under construction. The Reserve at Mills Farm has a most fantastic memory care area, with four separate buildings that each house 6 residents around a centralized great room layout. It's feels like a home vs. a lock down corridor layout that I've seen at most memory care facilities. It's just perfect for when she needs that level of care. What I like most about CarePatrol in general is that, unlike A Place for Mom, they do not limit your choices to facilities who advertise with them. This way I know I'm seeing the full picture on what's available out there. Brad also let me know of a resource to explore housing assistance with the Veteran's Administration. I couldn't be more pleased.
