Infinite Help Connie Torres help my sister and I find the right place for my dad. To think of researching and finding a reputable assisted living community for our dad was daunting. We kept putting it off—finally, we were left with no choice but to place him. Connie was amazing. She took time to get to know our needs, and within a few short hours we were reviewing a few options. By the following week, we were virtually touring facilities. Connie served as the conduit between my family and the assisted living facilities and answered our myriad of questions along the way. She continues to check in on us. She was our asset in this difficult process. She was able to help us and help us find a suitable and perfect new home for our dad — all within a month’s time! We can’t say enough how much we appreciate CarePatrol and specially, Connie!

This is the second time I have used Care Patrol. I chose them the second time because of the great service we received the first time. Lisa was so helpful in helping us select a facilities that would meet our needs and she kept in close communication with answering our questions and facilitating the admission process. She made a difficult decision less stressful knowing I could rely on her to be there if I needed her.

Ralph has “had my back “ when it comes to moving my mother to a different ALF closer to me. When I was having a little frustration with miscommunications with the new facility one phone call to him got everything back on track. He is most knowledgeable as to what facilities are in the area, and was skilled at asking me questions so that he could find the perfect location for my mom. I actually think of him as a friend and look forward to his calls.

Eric Sailor was amazing! He provided excellent customer service and acted swiftly when our situation changed. His immediate response and attention to detail saved our family a medical expense that would have surely been a burden. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate during this tough time. Dawn was just wonderful. We only had 9 days to place my mother-in-law after a stroke. She came through with three options (within the parameters we gave her) and we were very happy with our decision.
