I’m so glad one of the facilities I called during my search for my parents referred me to Meta Green with Care Patrol. She took the time to learn about my parents and their needs and recommended a place that was perfect for us. Our in-person meeting was a really nice personal touch, especially in this strange, rather impersonal pandemic time and being new to the area. Meta checked in regularly, ensuring I was able to talk to the appropriate people and get the necessary information. She guided me in how to research a facility with restrictions in place since I wasn’t allowed to have as much in person access to the facility. I don’t know if I would have found Colonial Village without her help and continual encouragement. She had the experience and expert knowledge to guide us to the best facility for our needs. I would highly recommend this service to anyone searching for senior living options.

You have been a light in very dark times! Tammy has been here for me, helping and guiding me at every turn and obstacle, helping to educate me on our rights and expectations, even a shoulder to cry on when needed. We got my mom out of rehab as quick as humanly possible and into a personal care home where she will thrive and improve her health. I will not be giving Tammy up, she has become a friend and advisor, such a benefit to my family. Her knowledge helped to narrow the search and prevent wasting our time in finding the perfect fit as well as navigating the labyrinth of paperwork and procedures!

BJ was so helpful in finding a wonderful, safe place for my mom. She was very kind and patient with my mom, brothers and myself as she gave us options and helped us find a good fit for mom.

We were connected with CarePatrol through the hospital where my Mom was a patient. Paula and David were so incredibly helpful in many ways. Paula helped us first understand the differences in the types of care available and whether my parents were eligible for benefits to help pay for senior care communities. David soon followed up and sent information regarding the best options for my mother (close to my Dad still living in their home), as her doctor very strongly suggested she go into a Memory Care place. We can't say enough about how much we've appreciated David's responsiveness, kindness and availability to answer questions promptly and thoroughly. He set up tours that allowed my sister and me to join remotely. He helped make sure all our answers were addressed at each location we toured. He also showed concern and care for how difficult this process was, especially for my father. David also helped make sure we were prepared for the steps and completed the paperwork involved with her move into the Memory Care location. He even helped field questions after my Mom transferred to the community she is in now. It is apparent David really cares about the families he works with and wants to ensure their loved one is moving into a place that is well equipped to support their needs, as well as ensure a good fit otherwise. CarePatrol (David and Paula) helped make an agonizing task much easier when choosing a Memory Care community for our Mom.

This is the second time we have used the services of CarePatrol this year. We have been so thankful for the time, care and attention to details that Sara has provided for us. It has not been easy during the pandemic but Sara has hit it out of the park for us each time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
