Great service with good results. Placed my mother in law in a nursing home 13 years ago with poor results. This help is needed

I was referred to Ron several weeks ago when it looked like we might be looking for an assisted living option for my father-in-law. Due to his extreme smoking habit, my father-in-laws care has been a challenge. Ron has always be available to me to answer questions and concerns and stuck with us with two different hospitalizations and one rehab stint. Ron was always kind and thoughtful, even when it looked like we weren't going to be to use his service. I totally believe he had my father-in-laws best interests in his mind at all times. At one point, we had gone with an in-home care provider arranged by the rehabilitation facility and had some challenges. This time, I came back to Ron who immediately remembered me and my father-in-law's case. I wanted to discuss full-time live-in care. An option Ron had discussed with me earlier in this journey. Ron was able to identify an agency right away as we were in immediate need. This agency has proven to be far superior to the one we had found through other means. I, honestly, can't say enough about how great Ron and CarePatrol has been!

Our mother needed memory care, our father didn't need it but they wanted to be together. It was an incredibly overwhelming process as anyone who has gone through this would know. We looked into ALF's, rest homes, nursing homes, etc.... plus our parents did not have unlimited resources but they were not ready for a nursing home which would have taken all their cash and not been where we wanted to put them, especially during these difficult times. Along comes CarePatrol and Christine S. who was a godsend. She called us daily, sent us suggestions for different places, called places for us, spoke with providers with us, recommended an elder law attorney, got on a conference call or Zoom with us whenever we needed it and really went above and beyond what we would have thought a service like this would provide. We knew that CarePatrol got paid by the facility but unlike other companies that provide services and get paid by the facility, she wasn't just looking for the commission and at one point said that if we ended up with our parents somewhere where CarePatrol did not get the fee, she said she didn't care; she just wanted to help us and she knew that she would get paid back somehow such as a referral or maybe a client that wasn't so difficult as us. :) Anyway, if you need to put or help place your parents in a facility to be cared for, CarePatrol is THE people you want to use, bar none. And if our parents do need a SNF in a couple of years, you can gaurantee we will be contacting CarePatrol (and Christine) to help us do it. I cannot say enough and our parents would not be where they are today if it were not for CarePatrol and Christine. Knowing we had Christine helping us put our minds at ease and helped reduce some of the stress that goes along with a process like this.

I had very little time to plan the move for my father from the hospital into a memory care facility and Petra held my hand every step of the way. She took care of things that I never would have thought of and my dad's move went very smoothly. She was amazing and I will recommend CarePatrol to everyone I know who is in the same situation.

There are no words to describe how grateful we are for CarePatrol and, specifically, Deana Barone. It’s difficult enough to find the perfect place for one parent, but when dealing with two parents in different stages of mental cognitive decline, it is absolutely daunting and overwhelming. Deana, however, didn’t skip a beat. She made herself available day and night to provide encouragement and emotional support, answer our questions, tour different facilities with us, help us find legal representation, and work with the many doctors and medical staff on our behalf. Deana is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went well beyond our expectations. We are forever grateful for Deana and her assistance during this very stressful time. We wouldn’t hesitate to use CarePatrol again and recommend Deana to anyone who needs help placing a loved one.

We are thrilled with Care Patrol! Theresa Dow is our Care Patrol person. She has been a true blessing in our lives. She got to know all of us and learned what my parents goals were, what my brother & I envisioned for our parents, and then was able to pull that together for some viable options for our parents' next stage in life.
