Meda asked about my mother's special needs, sent me some suggested assisted living options in my area and reached out to set up the initial contact with two places I wanted to speak with. While our family wanted to thoroughly investigate each option, Meda offered to support if needed through that process and was responsive to our requests. Her assistance was valuable.

Care Patrol was so helpful in getting my mother moved from the hospital where she spent 10 weeks due to testing positive for covid. I needed to have her moved into assisted living but all the places said no because of testing positive. I don't know what I would have done without there help. They are just great to work with.
