She responded to any messages I left quickly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I also appreciated the way that she called several times to follow up and make sure my father was doing well. In my recent search to place my mother in a memory care facility, in an urgent situation, I was recommended to contact Care Patrol for help to find placement. I was fortunate enough to work with Kristen from Care Patrol, and she was my saving grace! She helped bring calm to my chaos, and talked me off the edge many times through the process. She was extremely thorough, she helped me reach out to the care facility, talked to mom's doctor's office to help push the paperwork through faster, and so many other things that were such a huge help to me. And today, I have mom situated in a memory care facility that I trust, and I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone that just doesn't know where to start on this extremely confusing and emotional journey - or even to someone that has a start on the process, but just needs a coach to help push things along. Judy and Julie are my guardian Angels. They both helped me over a year with getting my Dad into Memory Care. This was not an easy task as Covid 19 hit and things were at a dormant stage as Everything stood still.
