I highly recommend Care Patrol. Kari West was so knowledgeable and caring. It was a very stressful time in the hospital and had to change directions with my 94 year old dad. She found the best, family owned , senior group home, which I knew nothing about. Putting him in a facility was not an option, with Covid and not able to visit. 24/7 home care was too expensive. She kept in contact with me and was always available. Thank you, Kari, you were my angel and answer to prayer.

I was in crisis mode as my mom, my husband and myself all had Covid! My 91 year old mother had to be hospitalized and by the grace of God seemed to be holding her own and did not even need oxygen. The hospital was ready to release her after 6 nights. But, I was still struggling to catch my breath and my husband was still suffering with chills and coughing. I was in no condition to be able to take care of her. I reached out to Barbara at CarePatrol and she worked her magic and was able to find an Assisted Living Home that had an opening and more importantly, was willing to accept a Covid patient. The home was also located about 2 miles away from my home. I’m very grateful to Barbara as she stopped by my house to pick up mom’s walker, extra clothes, medication and necessities. Then went the extra mile to come back the next day to gather some forgotten items and deliver to the home along with a bouquet of flowers, which mom said were beautiful! I could not have gotten through this emergency crisis without Barbara’s lending hand, expertise and knowledge! She is a Rock Star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend Care Patrol. Needed help with placement to ALF with memory care. Julie M. kept on top of the details, and kept me calm, in a confusing and stress-filled process. We have found a great facility.

Nice,prompt,and thorough

My thanks to Bruce for all his time & effort. Made my search for a place for my 99 year old mother so easy. She’s finally settled in a cheerful safe place. So thankful to the social worker who told me about Care Patrol.

After my Mother had a stroke she was sent to a facility out of town for rehabilitation but unfortunately her evaluation determined she could no longer live at home alone. Medicare and her insurance coverage would no longer pay for her care so I was in need of finding the right facility closer to home that was affordable. With over 50 to consider, I contacted CarePatrol (Karla Middlecamp) for help. She listened to our personal needs then gave me 6 possible choices to consider. It was that easy. Karla is extremely knowledgeable, well connected, and very responsive to our needs. Making decisions for your loved ones is extremely difficult and I highly recommend CarePatrol during this process.

Todd was very easy to talk to and listened to all I had to say about my mother’s history and was excellent at picking out a facility that best fit my mother’s personality, health concerns, likes and dislikes. Thank you Todd for all your help.
