I was here for a family health emergency. I was given the Care Patrol brochure by a hospital discharge nurse. I am from Wisconsin and unfamiliar with NC system. The CP staff was very helpful and saved me much time and headaches. They referred me to several appropriate facilities for residential care. My sister is now in a safe place and we'll cared for. Thank you Care Patrol.

Without the exceptional assistance and caring recommendations provided by your adviser, we never would have been able to relocate my mother in only the 3 day period afforded us to find her a new facility! The stress level was greatly reduced as we were confident the guidance your office provided was trustworthy and mom is now comfortable and being well cared for during what appears to be her final months, thank you so much Jodi!!!!

When we realized that my mom was going to need more care and attention for her safety and health, we turned to Care Patrol to help guide us. They came highly recommended and they lived up to that expectation. Todd was great from our first conversation and then we worked with Lisa to determine our options and schedule our visits. Lisa was a fantastic resource and calming influence as we managed this major life change. Care Patrol took away the stress and anxiety and allowed us to make the best decision for my mom. My mom is now moved and settled in to her new home and she loves it. It could not have turned out better and it all started with the call to Care Patrol.

I called Cindy Evans and she was able to work with me the next morning and set up appointments for that day. She was attentive to my unique needs and found a location for my sister that seems to suit her. She is very happy with her new living arrangements and is pleased with the attention that has been given her. I would not have known where to look and Cindy jumped right in and made all this possible within a week’s time. Sincere thanks to her!

I had the responsibility of placing my dad and his partner and it was a daunting process! I didn't know where to begin, and in stepped Donna. She was a complete Godsend and I don't know what we would have done without her! She did all of the leg work and arranged everything, she even went with me when I was signing the paperwork.
