Care Patrol helped place my Mom in a facility that matched both her physical needs and her emotional/social needs. They narrowed the list of providers, scheduled tours, and answered my questions. They were a resource for what to expect and how to navigate the process. I feel they were especially helpful during this time of COVID restrictions and I appreciate having Sarah and the Care Patrol team available when I needed them the most. My experience with Care Patrol left me with the impression that they are kind, caring people in our community who will help insure our elderly receive compassionate care when living alone becomes too much.
