It was so supportive to have an unbiased coach and neutral guide when members of my local family were present. I sought their wisdom then had to make my decision. I agreed with my helpful children most of the Time but a couple but of times I strongly disagreed, for instance placing my bed beside the emergency pullcord. I chose the other side because I did not want to be awash in sunshine every morning. The neutral party recognized my determination and asked if there is a safety call charm for this building I could wear. The answer was yes andwe moved on. That night the rain poured and bright lights on the building glanced of the water and flooded that hole side of the room over my desk.i slept through night comfortable. When morning came sunshine flooded that side. I slept through night and when morning came i pulled the blinds, turned my happy face to the opposite to the wall where no light was there and went back to sleep, I expect my pendant after the holiday is over.

Deana was so helpful. She provided us with available care options based on my Dad's needs. She offered information and guidance throughout the process and even toured with us. She asked questions that we hadn't thought of. My Dad couldn't been happier with our choice! Searching for care options several years ago for my Mom was a nightmare...comparatively, this was so easy. I was given my Vita Mix free some time ago thanking me for having the Flurry made by your company. After much use it stopped working. I was afraid to call not knowing what to say after getting it as a fit from your great company. The gal I talked to was so special and handled my call so well. To my surprise she said to send the mixer and it would be repaired and sent back for free. I am 81 but as a kid we had a Vita Mix with the stainless top and it never broke down which was one of the reasons had your company make the Flurry for the company I worked for the Kappus Co. Now I see the McFlurry advertised and feel so proud.

Clearly, CarePatrol sought not just to plug and play with regard to placing our loved one via the path of least resistance. Rather, after getting to know us and our family member, it was evident that there was a concerted effort to find a number of communities that met or exceeded our bested weighted combination of must have’s. Not once did we have to check up on our advocate to see if they had done what they said they would do- regrettably a growing rarity in today’s business world. I would whole heartedly recommend this company and their services to anyone who finds themself in the unenviable situation of transitioning a loved one into a safe, comfortable, warm and dignifying situation.
