My sister and I have been so happy to have found Care Patrol here in Buffalo. Don and his wife have given us enormous help in navigating the process of placing our Mom in assisted living. She was not co-operative for awhile, but Don helped us push along, and gave us so much moral support, and good advice. He facilitated meetings with assisted living residences, and helped us get power of attorney. He was very patient, and is still helpful as we now are in the process of selling my mothers house. All the while, he has been so sympathetic, and has been available absolutely anytime! It was a blessing to have their help, we really needed it! I hope that more people will be able to utilize their unique service.

Todd at CarePatrol is very knowledgeable about the facilities in the Oak Creek/Franklin area. He set up tours of places right away and put together a form comparing 3 of the places I was interested in. I had a facility all picked out for my parents and the day before the move, the facility decided my parents needed more care than they were willing to provide. Todd immediately got hold of the second facility we looked at and started the process of applying there. He also helped with moving company to get the dates changed. I would definitely recommend CarePatrol for people who are looking for a place for their elderly parents.
