Working with Ryan Rabe at CarePatrol was an excellent experience. In finding a memory care place for Dad under emergency circumstances during this difficult pandemic time, he went above and beyond. Stayed in touch regularly, understood when we were overwhelmed, counseled us at a difficult time, had independent ideas that were in our interest, and unselfishly reached outside his network. He provided valuable background information and supplemental contacts in emergency care, helpful checklists, and senior care information. He then helped with what to do with Mom. Our connection to CarePatrol was a referral from a colleague who also had a positive experience. Laurie

CarePatrol was AWESOME. Not a word you would normally use when placing a loved one into senior care. Don & Julie couldn't have given me and my family better care and guidance. You could call anytime of day or night, and I did. Listened to your concerns, fears, rants, everything. Don did above and beyond his job, picking up paperwork, sorting, organizing, emailing and more. Never tried talking you into a community, just gave the pros and cons of all facilities. I honestly have to say they helped me and my dad make the best decision for my mom going forward. If I could give more than 5 stars I would for sure. They genuinely care about what they do.

I'm very happy with Care Patrol. We had Emily and she was great. She was very perfetional. She helped ask questions. Emily was a really great help.

Slowly losing my mom to Alzheimers was an emotional and difficult time for my sister and I. We needed help understanding all of my options about what was possible and where I could place my mom. A friend referred to us to Anna McMaster with CarePatrol. She helped us navigate the entire process. Anna was very thoughtful and highly responsive to our needs. She showed us several options and ultimately we found the perfect place. We felt like Anna really cared about us and only wanted what was best for my mom. I would highly recommend her if you need someone who is knowledgeable and someone you can trust.

Lori Vrcan is new to CarePatrol but not to the senior industry. As a provider of services, I have seen firsthand how she has jumped into the community and has begun to serving where there are needs. She cares about the community and it shows. If I needed help with placement for a loved one, I know I could trust her to help

Ken and Darlene are wonderful. I was always encouraged when I spoke to either one. So helpful. Ken went beyond to help us place my dad in assisted living. We could have not done this on. our own. He was always encouraging and hopeful. My mother passed away while we were making arrangements for her assisted living. Neither one ever seemed that exasperated with our issues.

I had a great experience working with Rhonda at Care Patrol. I was reluctant after the high pressure technique used by A Place for Mom, but Care Patrol was not like that at all. Looking for a place for your family member is a new and unique experience that many people find intimidating. Care Patrol is very supportive and helpful during this process. I can not thank Care Patrol enough.
